You may view, edit, or delete your personal data at any time through your personal account.

Purchasing without an account. You do not need to create an account to buy tickets. To access your booking, enter the secure access code — a combination of letters and numbers — shown on the order confirmation page and sent to you by email. We use cookies to remember your device, so you do not need to re-enter the code each time you visit your order page. If you have lost your access code or changed your device, you can recover access to your booking by entering the order number and the last name of the first passenger. To prevent unauthorised access, the system limits the number of login attempts within a given time period.

Personal account. If you create an account, all your bookings will be saved and accessible in your personal account. Passenger details you have previously entered will be stored for reuse in future bookings. Only you have access to the passenger data saved in your personal account. You may delete your account at any time — all associated personal data, including your booking history, will be permanently removed from the system.

Order data. Personal data related to bookings is stored in encrypted form. Only you and authorised company staff have access to this data. Our employees may use your personal data solely to analyse and resolve technical issues, such as booking errors caused by incorrect data formats. Any other use of personal data is prohibited under the non-disclosure agreement signed by every employee. Order-related personal data is deleted following the completion of the service, the expiry of the exchange and refund period, and the end of the applicable reporting period.

Notifications. We send email and SMS notifications only to inform you about the status of your booking, to verify your email address during registration, and to process password reset requests. During registration, you may also subscribe to our newsletter to receive company news, promotions, and special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter.

Payments. We do not collect or store payment card data. All transactions are processed through certified banks and payment gateways. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment was successful or unsuccessful.

You have the right to access, edit, or permanently delete your personal data. Our system does not use your personal data for automated decision-making that could affect ticket pricing or restrict your rights as a data subject.
