Discounts on flights for children

Dear passengers, please consider the following while purchasing tickets for children:

By virtue of Order No. 462 of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated 25.12.2024 (as amended by Order No. 82 of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated 28.06.2007:

Internal transportation of children under the age of two who are citizens of the Russian Federation, with a separate seat provided to them at the request of the accompanying passenger, as well as internal transportation of children aged two to twelve who are citizens of the Russian Federation with accompanying passengers is carried out at a discount of 50 percent of the fare (except for the first class fare and business class), with the exception of domestic transportation on routes, the state support of which is carried out at the expense of the budget of the appropriate level of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, and (or) domestic transportation, the amount of the fee for which is set by the carrier and agreed upon by the President of the Russian Federation or the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as domestic transportation, the amount of the fee for which is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.

Airline flights with numbers from 1 to 999 are subsidised. Thus, the requirements of the amended Federal Aviation Regulations do not apply to them according to the provisions set out above (discount for children - 0%). Flights with numbers from 1000 to 9999 are not subsidised - all the requirements of the Federal Aviation Regulations apply to them and they are subject to the provisions on discounts for children in the amount of 50%.
