Chargeable (excess) and oversized baggage

If a passenger apart from the allowed baggage norm needs to carry more baggage, there will be required an additional charge according to the rules of excess baggage transportation. Fares for carrying excess baggage are listed in the Tables № 1, 2.

Heavy baggage pieces (one piece exceeding 30 kg) and oversized baggage (the dimensions of one piece exceed 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions) are accepted for carriage only by a prior agreement with the Aviation Company and are paid according to the established tariff.

Excess baggage is paid according to the published Company fares posted in the booking system and on the website www.rusline.aero.

Special reduced fares may be applied for baggage that corresponds in weight and dimensions to the standards provided for additional hand luggage, in case it is transported in the baggage compartment.

When calculating the weight of baggage to be paid, incomplete kilograms are rounded up to full ones.

You can pay for excess baggage as follows:

At the departure airport while checking in for the flight;
While issuing the ticket online on the website of the Aviation Company;
While checking in online on the website of the Aviation Company;
In the Call Center of the Aviation Company by calling 8-809-505-46-69 (The price for a call is 64-68 RUB/min incl. VAT, depending on the telecommunication operator, including waiting time and talk time with the operator).

Saint Petersburg - Ivanovo; Saint Petersburg - Yoshkar-Ola; Saint Petersburg - Yaroslavl; Kaliningrad - Ivanovo and back.
