Aviation Company gives a possibility to choose a desirable seat while booking a ticket on the website of the Company, during online check-in or while checking in at the departure airport.
The service is available on all regular flights of the Aviation Company. While purchasing a ticket on the website, the service is provided within 36 hours before departure.

While choosing a seat on the website of the aviation company, please take notice of purchase rules and restrictions:
there are certain restrictions for the seats 1bc and 8abcd located at emergency exits, thus they are UNAVAILABLE for the following groups of passengers:
- Disabled passengers;
- Passengers under 18 y.o.;
- Elderly passengers;
- Pregnant women;
- Passengers who cannot speak the language of the crew;
- Passengers of large build who need an extra safety belt.
there are certain restrictions for the seats 1abcd and 8abcd located at emergency exits, thus they are UNAVAILABLE for the following groups of passengers:
- Passengers with pets;
- Passengers with oversize hand luggage (55/40/25);
In case of their violation, the Air Carrier reserves the right to independently change the seat directly on board of the aircraft before departure, the money paid earlier is not subject to refund.
The fee for the selected seats is non-refundable, except for cases of forced changes in the terms of the air carriage contract:

in case of rapid replacement of the aircraft type, when the airline cannot provide a seat in the selected row;

in case of forced ticket change or refund;

in case of changing the seat chosen by the passenger in order to ensure flight safety.
Paid baggage
If you need to take more things with you on the flight than the free baggage allowance for the selected fare provides, then you can purchase additional baggage and/or hand luggage to fit everything. Registration of the service is available upon purchase of an air ticket on the website, upon web check-in, at the airline's contact centre and upon check-in at the airport. Take care of the comfort of your trip in advance.

ATTENTION:
For the category of passengers carrying bulky hand luggage in the cabin (55*40*25 cm), seats on rows 1abcd or 1ab, 2cd (depending on the layout of the aircraft) and 8abcd are NOT AVAILABLE.
Transportation of more than one additional piece of hand luggage per passenger is not allowed.
The dimensions of one piece of luggage should not exceed 203 cm in the total of 3 measurements.
For all types of paid baggage, voluntary/involuntary returns are allowed without penalty.

When checking in at the contact centre, a fee of 500 rubles is charged for 1 piece of luggage.
Flexible Exchange/Refund
For those passengers who do not come for their flight on time or cannot travel due to changed plans, «Flexible Exchange/Refund» service allows to exchange or return a ticket without penalties from the Aviation Company until the end of check-in for the flight.
You can purchase the service together with an air ticket at non-refundable «Light» or «Classic» fares on the website.
The service is available within the whole route network of the Aviation Company.
The service costs 799 rubles per person for one flight stage (there may occur some agency service changes).
The service is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Renewal of registration
In order to extend check-in and catch the flight, passengers running late need to contact the Company’s representative at the departure airport to confirm the possibility of providing the service.
The provision of the service is not guaranteed and depends on the technical capability.
If the Aviation Company confirms the possibility to provide the service, the passenger must pay for it at the ticket office.
The price foe renewal of registration is 2500 rubles per passenger (there may occur some agency service charges).
The service is available for passengers departing from cities: Arkhangelsk, Beloyarsk, Vorkuta, Yekaterinburg Kazan, Kirov, Kotlas, Moscow (Vnukovo), Naryan-Mar, Nizhnevartovsk, Saint Petersburg, Sukhum, Syktyvkar, Tambov, Tomsk and Khanty-Mansiysk.

AeroExpress
On our website together with the ticket you can buy a ticket for the high-speed electric train «AeroExpress» that runs from Vnukovo Airport in Moscow and Kiyevskiy Train Station in the centre of Moscow.
How to buy an AeroExpress ticket on the website
When you buy a ticket, choose «AeroExpress» in the section with additional services. All journey data (route, date and number of tickets) will be calculated automatically according to specifications of your trip.
The cost of AeroExpress trip will be added to your order and payed together with the ticket and other services chosen on the website.
One-way trip for one adult passenger with the «Standard» fare costs 500 RUB. Children under 5 y.o. travel for free.
The duration of an AeroExpress ticket expires in 30 days, beginning from the date when the ticket has been bought. Time en route is 35-40 minutes.
Reduced fare tickets, including the ones for the «Children» fare, may be issued only at AeroExpress counters.
