While issuing a ticket you can also buy some additional services to make your journey more comfortable.


Insurance


Protect yourself and your baggage from an accident during the flight*.


1. Accident insurance:

    • injury;
    • disability;
    • death.

2. Baggage insurance:

    • damage;
    • loss;
    • destruction.

Service cost:

  • 185 RUB (for one-way flights without stopovers)
  • 290 RUB (for one-way flights with stopovers, for roundtrips and complicated routes)

Choice of a seat on board while issuing a ticket on the website

The services are offered for all regular flights.

They should be issued at least 36 hours before the flight.


1) The "Seat choice" service: 3ab, 4abcd-7abcd, 9abcd-12abcd, 13ab, the service costs 300 RUB.*


Please pay attention that the service is NOT AVAILABLE for the following categories of passengers:

  • passengers with animals;

  • disabled passengers who need to be accompanied.

Passengers with babies under 2 y.o. may only check in for the seats in the row C in order to provide air carriage security.


2) The service "Choice of a comfortable seat": 8abcd (the row with increased distance between the seats), the service costs 700 RUB.*


Please pay attention that the service is NOT AVAILABLE for the following categories of passengers:

  • seriously ill people;
  • passengers on stretchers;
  • visually or hearing impaired passengers;
  • disabled passengers or those who need oxygen equipment;
  • passengers under 18 y.o., including children and non-accompanied children;
  • passengers with animals;
  • pregnant women;
  • passengers who cannot speak the language of the air crew.

* For one seat on one flight stage.


The services "Seat choice" and "Choice of a comfortable seat" are non-refundable, except for the cases of forced changes of air carriage agreement:

  • rapid replacement of the aircraft, when the Aviation Company cannot provide the seat in the chosen row;

  • forced exchange or refund of the ticket;

  • change of the chosen seat during the flight in order to provide air carriage security.

Seat change or check-in cancellation after the service has been paid by the passenger via the website are not available. If you need to change your seat, you may only do this at the check-in desk at the airport. If you need to check out, please address the call-centre under the toll-free number 8-800-5555-800.

To get the payment document, you need to send your itinerary receipt after the check-in from the website to your e-mail address. Together with the itinerary receipt you will get the payment document.


Chargeable baggage


You can buy additional excess baggage piece, if you buy a ticket on the website or if you check in online.


For domestic flights


For direct flights

  • 1st and 2nd baggage piece under 23 kg (with free baggage given), cost: 2000 RUB for one flight stage / for one passenger;
  • 3rd-10th baggage piece under 23 kg, cost: 4500 RUB for one flight stage / for one passenger.

For transfer flights

    • 1st and 2nd baggage piece under 23 kg (with free baggage given), cost: 3500 RUB for two flight stages / for one passenger;
    • 3rd-10th baggage piece under 23 kg, cost: 7500 RUB for two flight stages / for one passenger.


For international flights


For direct flights

  • 1st and 2nd baggage piece under 23 kg (with free baggage given), cost: 35 EUR/USD for one flight stage / for one passenger;
  • 3rd-10th baggage piece under 23 kg, cost: 75 EUR/USD for one flight stage / for one passenger.

For transfer flights

    • 1st and 2nd baggage piece under 23 kg (with free baggage given), cost: 60 EUR/USD for two flight stages / for one passenger;
    • 3rd-10th baggage piece under 23 kg, cost: 125 EUR/USD for two flight stages / for one passenger.


Baggage dimensions may not exceed 203 cm (L*W*H).


You can make a voluntary/forced refund of all types of paid baggage free of charge.

AeroExpress


On our website together with the ticket you can buy a ticket for the high-speed electric train «AeroExpress» that runs from Vnukovo Airport in Moscow and Kiyevskiy Train Station in the centre of Moscow.


How to buy an AeroExpress ticket on the website


When you buy a ticket, choose «AeroExpress» in the section with additional services. All journey data (route, date and number of tickets) will be calculated automatically according to specifications of your trip.


The cost of AeroExpress trip will be added to your order and payed together with the ticket and other services chosen on the website.


One-way trip for one adult passenger with the «Standard» fare costs 420 RUB. Children under 5 y.o. travel for free.


The duration of an AeroExpress ticket expires in 3 days, beginning from the date when the ticket has been bought. Time en route is 35-40 minutes.


Reduced fare tickets, including the ones for the «Children» fare, may be issued only at AeroExpress counters.


You will get the AeroExpress ticket after the payment procedure on your e-mail address together with other documents from your order.

Business Lounge


This service includes comfortable and spacious hall (on the 3rd floor of terminal A), latest newspapers (including newspapers on foreign languages), cold beverages and food, massage chairs, children’s play area, passing through all airport formalities in the VIP Lounge*, telephone and fax, copying machines.


You can this service on the website of the Company while booking a ticket or during web check-in. The service costs 1700 RUB.


Additional service "Business lounge PRIORITY PASS" is provided only when passengers check in at the check-in desks at the airport (2nd floor of the terminal A) or on the website of the Aviation Company within 3 hours before the flight. You need to leave the Business lounge not later than within 30 minutes before the flight to go through the passport control and to come on board.

  1. The additional service «Business lounge PRIORITY PASS» may not be bought separately from the flight.
  2. You should book the service on the website of the Aviation Company at east 12 hours before the flight.
  3. * Passengers of domestic flights do not need to leave the lounge to go through the passport control, as these procedures take place in the hall at the gate.
    Passengers of international flights need to leave the lounge to go through the passport control at least 1 our before the flight and go downstairs to the 2nd floor of the airport.
    We ask you to manage your time needed for going through all airport formalities, so as you can come to the gate in time. Boarding completion time is stated on your boarding pass!

  5. The additional service is a non-return service and may not be exchanged.
