By choosing an insurance program, please pay attention that when choosing two programs with the same risks, reimbursement of costs will be operated only within one insurance program.

Aviation Company gives a possibility to choose a desirable seat while booking a ticket on the website of the Company, during online check-in or while checking in at the departure airport.

The service is available on all regular flights of the Aviation Company. While purchasing a ticket on the website, the service is provided within 36 hours before departure.

Service price (for one seat on one flight stage, RUB):

While purchasing the service at the call centre of the Aviation Company, each seat will cost 200 RUB.

! Passengers with babies under 2 y.o. (without an extra seat) may choose seats from 3с-7с, 9с-12с.. Check-in for the seats in the row C is carried out upon prior calling to the call centre, by 8-809-505-46-69 (the price is from 64 to 68 RUB/min including VAT, depending on the communication operator, including waiting time and conversation with the manager). These restrictions are related to the flight safety.

While choosing a seat on the website of the aviation company, please take notice of purchase rules and restrictions:

there are certain restrictions for the seats 1bc and 8abcd located at emergency exits, thus they are UNAVAILABLE for the following groups of passengers:

• Disabled passengers;
• Passengers under 18 y.o.;
• Elderly passengers;
• Pregnant women;
• Passengers who cannot speak the language of the crew;
• Passengers of large build who need an extra safety belt.

there are certain restrictions for the seats 1abcd and 8abcd located at emergency exits, thus they are UNAVAILABLE for the following groups of passengers:

• Passengers with pets;
• Passengers with oversize hand luggage (55/40/25);

In case of their violation, the Air Carrier reserves the right to independently change the seat directly on board of the aircraft before departure, the money paid earlier is not subject to refund.

The fee for the selected seats is non-refundable, except for cases of forced changes in the terms of the air carriage contract:

• in case of rapid replacement of the aircraft type, when the airline cannot provide a seat in the selected row;

• in case of forced ticket change or refund;

• in case of changing the seat chosen by the passenger in order to ensure flight safety.

The service is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
